Voice Command — SOP
How this module works — Generated 26 Sep 2026
One box that takes you where you want to go. Type or speak a command in plain language — English, Hindi or Gujarati — and it opens the right screen. Common commands are matched instantly from a built-in list; only unusual wording is sent to AI.
Sections
⌨️ Command Box
Type a command and press Enter, or click Go. The result shows where it will take you, with a countdown you can cancel.
🎤 Microphone
Speak instead of typing. Pick English, ગુજરાતી or हिंदी first — the language buttons set what the microphone listens for. Chrome only.
💡 Example Commands
Ready-made commands you can click to fill the box. They change with the language you picked.
🕘 Recent Commands
The last commands run on this account, with a link to jump straight back to where each one went.
📖 All Commands
The full list of what you can ask for, grouped by area. Click any one to load it into the box.
Step-by-Step Workflow
1
Press Alt+V from anywhere in VELTRIX OS to open this page.
2
Type a command, or click the microphone and say it. Example: 'Show HOT leads'.
3
Read the result line — it tells you exactly which screen it understood.
4
It moves there on its own after a short countdown. Press Cancel or Esc if that is not what you meant.
5
If it says it did not understand, rephrase using one of the example commands as a guide.
Connections
🔗 Leads
Commands about leads open the Leads list, the Hot filter, the pipeline view or the new-lead form — the same screens the sidebar opens, so nothing is duplicated here.
🔗 Invoice
Invoice commands open the invoice list or the new-invoice form directly, saving a trip through the menu.
🔗 Follow-up, Nurture, Team, Expenses, Sales Report, AI CFO, WhatsApp Engine, Settings
Each has a command that opens it. This page only navigates — it never creates, edits or deletes anything in those modules.
🔗 Settings — Claude API key
Only needed for unusual wording. Everyday commands are matched from a built-in list and work even when AI is unavailable.
🔗 Keyboard shortcuts
Alt+V opens this page from anywhere. It is listed with the other shortcuts under ⌘?.
